Below is the data model for Dryad Receipting objects.

Receipt

Contains all the information related to a tax receipt. A receipt .pdf is attached, which is to be sent to the donor.


Receipt Installment

A junction object between Recurring Donation and Receipt, and Opportunity and Receipt. This allows multiple recurring donations to have a multiple receipts, and multiple opportunities to have multiple receipts.


Batch Receipt Log

This object records actions performed in batch and their statuses. Actions include:

  1. Creating receipts for multiple opportunities and multiple recurring donations 
  2. Emailing receipts which emails receipts targeted for sending by email
  3. Merging receipts, to allow for easier printing. The merged .pdf is attached to the batch receipt log.


Receipt Template

Allows you to customize the look and feel of the receipt .pdf using html tags and merge fields.


Receipt Settings

Allows you to specify general receipting settings such as your charity name, address and CRA #, along with various other operational settings.
