Below is the data model for Dryad Receipting objects.
Receipt
Contains all the information related to a tax receipt. A receipt .pdf is attached, which is to be sent to the donor.
Receipt Installment
A junction object between Receipt and Recurring Donation, Opportunity, and Payment. This allows multiple recurring donations to have a multiple receipts, multiple opportunities, or multiple payments to have multiple receipts.
Batch Receipt Log
Contains a log of all receipt actions performed and their statuses. Actions include:
- Creating receipts for recurring donations, opportunities, and payments
- Emailing receipts which emails receipts when possible
- Merging receipts, to allow for easier printing. The merged .pdf is attached to the batch receipt log
Receipt Template
Allows you to customize the look and feel of the receipt .pdf using an advanced WYSIWYG editor and merge fields.
Receipt Settings
Allows you to specify various settings related to receipts, including
- Charity Information, such as name, address, and authorized individual
- General Settings, such as registration #, receipt prefix, various optional settings, and templates
- Advanced Settings, such as batch thresholds and sizes
- Field Mappings, to set which fields from which objects are copied to the receipt
- Scheduled Jobs, to set a scheduler to automatically create receipts
- App Details, to register the app
Receipt Field Mapping
A system object that speciifes which objects and fields should be copied to the receipt. This object is not used directly, as the field mappings are set in the Receipt Settings tab.
