The field [Receipt Occurrence] is located on contacts and accounts (collectively called a "donor". Here are their definitions:
Note: This setting is applied for one-time donations only. Recurring donations are always consolidated.
Status | Definition |
Single | The donor wants to receive a single tax receipt for each donation. This is the default value. |
Consolidated | The donor wants to receive a consolidated tax receipt for multiple donations. For example, a donor makes two donations in a single calendar year. Rather that create two tax receipts, one per donation, the donor wants to receive one consolidated tax receipt for both donations. Consolidated receipts can be created from the Batch Receipts tab.
