Added Do Not Receipt and Do Not Receipt Reason fields to Accounts to prevent receipt generation for all related donations.
Added a Receipt Email field to Business Accounts, allowing receipts to be emailed without requiring a Person Account as a Receipt Recipient.
Allowed receipt generation for multiple small donations that individually fall below the minimum threshold, provided their combined total meets the requirement.
